- What cleaning supplies do I need to provide?
Your cleaner will bring all the cleaning products required to clean your house. All that we
ask our clients to provide is a good, working vacuum and a roll of paper towels.
- What does concierge service entail?
Our concierge service includes pet sitting, house sitting, running errands, buying and delivering groceries, fluff and fold laundry services, and party/event prep, serving, and cleanup.
- Do I have to be home when my house is getting cleaned?
No, we serve many clients with a variety of preferences on this issue. We can keep a copy of your house key, you can hide a key for us at your house, you can leave a door unlocked, or, if you prefer, we can schedule your cleaning for a time when you will be home to let us in.
- Is your hourly rate for a single cleaner?
Yes, our hourly rates are for one cleaning technician. If we send two cleaning technicians to your home or office, you are charged for the total hours that they spend there (2 cleaning technicians for 3 hours each would be a total of 6 hours)
