We work very hard to be a professional, competent company, delivering the product our customers’ desire. Our staff is proactive in making sure we are meeting our customers’ needs. We are committed to improving our employees’ lives by providing a quality place of work and stressing honesty, fairness, and dependability. We utilize a checklist for each cleaning we provide to help ensure items are not missed and homes are cleaned efficiently and consistently each and every time.
We have a Quality Assurance Manager, Angela Shade, who randomly checks homes and performs daily follow up calls to ensure we offer the best quality possible. We realize that anytime there is a human involved, things can get missed, but between our training, check list, Quality Assurance checks, and feedback from our clients, we feel that we offer a very high quality service.
- The Initial Clean: Our primary focus is residential cleaning and all that that entails. Our first cleaning always takes a bit more time. We go over every room, top to bottom, left to right, and make sure everything is clean and ready for regular maintenance.
- Regular Home Cleaning: After the first-time deep clean we are able to maintain that level of cleanliness on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
- Move In/Out: We work with many apartment complexes, realtors, and property management companies. They call on our services when their occupants don’t have time to do the cleaning as they move out or want their new home cleaned and sanitized before they move in.
- Commercial: We clean your office like we clean your home, with every attention to detail. We sanitize your phone and drawer pulls, micro fiber your screens, sanitize your kitchen and bathroom(s), and take out your garbage/recycling. The focus of this work is to keep you work environment clean, organized, and functional. A checklist is used for each cleaning.
- New Construction/Remodel Clean Up: We contract with some of the finest contractors in our area. Our goal is to remove all evidence of construction i.e. plaster, stucco, paint and dust. Every surface is gone over to make sure it is absolutely clean and ready to be occupied.
- Sheet Changing: We always change and turn down the master bed. If you need other bed sheets changed, we’re happy to oblige. Fee $5.00 per bed. Sheets will either be included in our take out laundry service or deposited in you washer, which ever you prefer. Fee $5.00 per load.
- Flowers Abound: Just let us know and we will water and trim your plants. We can also have a fresh bouquet of flowers delivered to you or a friend/family for $50.00 each cleaning service or as desired.
Additional Services
- The Vacationer: This includes cleaning while you are away. Come home to a sparkling house. Laundry, mail, messages are enough after time away you don’t have to clean too!
- Sale Preparation: A clean, well taken care of home always presents well to a potential buyer. We oil wood and cabinets as needed, make sure all the chrome and glass sparkles, and clean the trim (doors, jambs, window sills, etc). We can even make suggestions on rearranging and eliminating things to show your home at its best. This includes a fresh bouquet of flowers.
- The Deluxe: This is a deep, “spring” cleaning of each room, top to bottom. We take books off the shelves; décor is removed, cleaned and put back. We clean the interior/exterior of all appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, etc.). Throw rugs are washed, dried and put back down. We will customize this to meet your exact needs. This cleaning usually requires 2-4 cleaners
- Moving On: We will pack it up, clean it out, unpack it, put it away and organize it. We’ll even purchase the boxes if needed.
- Laundry: We will pick up your laundry (cleaning day works best), it will be laundered, hung/folded, and bagged in 24 hours at only $2.00 per pound. Imagine…no washing, drying, folding or ironing! If you prefer; we will wash your laundry while we clean. Wash, dried, folded or hung for $7.00 per load.
- Cleaning /Organizing: We will clean and organize anything from your pantry to your garage!
- Windows: This is done by a licensed, bonded and insured professional window washer. This includes inside, outside and screens. Approximate fees are: $8.50 per window (including screen) and $15.00 per sky light. French doors and garden windows are slightly more.
- Carpets and Upholstery: Richard has over 20 years of experience in the industry. We use only truck mounted, steam cleaning-the recommended way to clean and sanitize carpets and upholstery. We are the only company in town with a scrubber for the tough stains and traffic areas. All carpets are pre treated. Odor control products (OSR) available. $28.50 per room (up to 200 square feet), $2.50 per stair, upholstery varies depending on fabric and size.
- Refrigerator/Freezer and Oven Cleaning: Refrigerators/freezers are sanitized and organized. Ovens are cleaned to look like new.
- Tile & Grout Cleaning: Tile is professionally steam cleaned and degreased. Acidic cleaners used when necessary. Sealing of grout is important every few years depending on usage and wear. We use only the best products (Stonetech) available. This procedure is important in reducing mold, mildew, hard water deposits, and soilage. This service could include; showers, counters and floors. Approximate fees are 55-80 cents per square foot for cleaning (minimum $125.00) and 50 cents per square foot for sealing (must be cleaned first).
- Organizing: We have professionals that will organizing your entryway, laundry room, garage: all areas that collect―and overflow with―stuff. This is additional service will make your clean house more efficienct.
- Concierge Services: We offer concierge services including loving pet sitting, house sitting, plant watering, mail/newspaper retrival. We offer meal/party planning and shopping, party service and clean up, help with decorating and light hanging, organizing, cooking, errands and catering.
- Blind Cleaning: We use a Elite 8000 Series Ultrasonic Blind Cleaning Machine effectively cleans many types of blinds including: Mini blinds, verticcals, duettes, silhouettes, and vinyl shutters. Ultrasonic Blind Cleaninh is done with Sounds Waves. It sanitizes, deodorizes, and throughly cleans your blinds. Cleans with sound waves in a soapy bath of specially formulated cleaning solutions. Removes dirt, dust, grease, nicotne & pollen. Helps prevent static and dust buildup.
Mini Blinds $13.00 each up to 60" wide and 60" in Length. 61" to 71" wide are $15.00 each.72" to 83" wide $17.00 each 84" to 95 " wide 19.00 each.Vinyl Shutters: Most types and lengths $15.00 each. Pick up and delivery charges are $45.00 to start. Vertical Vanes: Up to 47" in length is $4.00 each and over 47" in length is 4.10 each.
