Trust - I am very scrutinizing as to who I hire. Most of my cleaning technicians have worked with me for years. I only hire one or two cleaners a year to accomodate the growth of my business. Each cleaning technician is drug tested and backround checked.  We are fully licensed, bonded and insured (including workman's compensation). 

Dependability - You can count on the same cleaning technician each visit. Should your regular cleaner be unable to make it, I make every effort to send another trained professional so as not to disrupt your service.
