COVID-19 Safety Protocol
What We Promise You
If a cleaning technician tests positive for COVID-19 or shows any symptoms of illness or is exposed to COVID-19, we will cancel all appointments on their calendar and wait until a healthy technician is available to reschedule those appointments. If a technician tests positive for COVID-19 we will schedule them to work again only once they have tested negative, or once 10 days has passed from the date of the first positive test (only if the technician has no symptoms). Technicians are not required to wear masks at this time. All technicians will maintain 6 feet of distance from you while in your home, regardless of vaccination status.
What We Ask of You
If you test positive for COVID-19 or show any symptoms of illness/allergies/cold/flu or are exposed to COVID-19 within 10 days of your upcoming cleaning date (regardless of your vaccination status), we ask that you please let us know so we may cancel your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment at the last minute due to COVID-19-related precautions, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, as we would like this policy to foster honesty and transparency. If you have symptoms of illness, a positive COVID-19 test, or an exposure to COVID-19 within 10 days of your appointment and do not reach out to cancel before our technician arrives at your property, we will cancel the visit immediately upon arrival and we will charge you the full amount for your scheduled visit, as our technicians have been instructed not to enter any property where occupants may be contagiously ill.
When we are on site for your regularly scheduled visits, please maintain 6 feet of distance from our technicians at all times.
